Post-natal Classes in Cape Town
Life after baby is beautiful, busy and new. When you're ready to move again, Fit Mumz runs post-natal fitness classes in Cape Town, led by Natalie Daniels, a mum who knows the journey first-hand.

Who leads the classes
Natalie is a qualified group fitness instructor with HFPA (Health and Fitness Professional Academy). Before starting Fit Mumz in 2018, she was one of the Preggi Bellies SA instructors. She built Fit Mumz to give mums a programme made for them. More about Natalie.
What's included
- Group fitness classes at our studio, 32 Watussi Drive, Bayview
- Post-natal personal training

- Remote sessions in the comfort of your home, with private coaching
Sessions include cardio, toning, body conditioning and weight training. For post-natal sessions you'll need a yoga mat, 2 or 3 kg weights and resistance bands. Sessions are scheduled accordingly, so you can fit them around your new routine with baby.
Who it's for
New mums in Cape Town who want to get active again, build strength and feel like themselves. Classes are a supportive space where mums share their stories and encourage each other.
