Pre-natal Classes in Cape Town

Pregnancy is a time to look after yourself, and staying active can be part of that. Fit Mumz runs pre-natal fitness classes in Cape Town, made for the needs of pregnant women and led by Natalie Daniels, a mum herself.

Who leads the classes

Natalie is a qualified group fitness instructor with HFPA (Health and Fitness Professional Academy). She was one of the Preggi Bellies SA instructors, and in 2018 she started her own programme, Fit Mumz, after seeing how few fitness programmes there were for pregnant women. More about Natalie.

What's included

  • Group fitness classes at our studio, 32 Watussi Drive, Bayview
  • Pre-natal private coaching (personal training)
  • Ante-natal classes
  • Nutritional guides
  • Remote sessions in the comfort of your home

Sessions include cardio, toning and body conditioning. For pre-natal sessions you'll need a stability ball and a yoga mat. You can join a group class at the studio or train privately, whichever fits your week best.

Who it's for

Pregnant mums in Cape Town who want to stay active, feel good in their bodies and meet other mums on the same journey. During class, mums share their own stories, so you're never doing this alone. Our aim is simple: a safe space for pre-natal ladies to experience fun with fitness.
